BlackBerry 8100 Series Smartphone - BlackBerry Pearl

I recently brought a Blackberry Pearl Phone, from the day one I got this problem on the phone. The problem is the phone behaves on its wish if you are in contacts(address book) it goes to set up wizard on its own and from there it goes to email set up and behaves as if it is in a loop. When I end a call and keep the phone idle it keeps on ringing the person without my concern.More details [1] - thanks to blackberry.com
