Pakistan Plus offers 2,500 minutes of nationwide calls for a fixed package charge of Rs. 199. The package also includes free voicemail and call waiting. Moreover, for convenience to customers, all subscribers who were on Pakistan Package as of 31st March 2008 have been shifted to Pakistan Plus with effect from 1st April 2008

Plan Switching
a. Through Phone Customers can call 12401240 or 1236 to switch their plan. b. Call Center Customers can call 12401240 or 1236 and speak to a customer service representative to switch the plan. Plan switching can only be done for number calling verified through CLI.
c. Customer Care Center Customers can visit Customer Care Centers to switch their plan. One copy of customer’s recent (from the last 3 months) paid telephone bill will be required for verification. d. Revenue Office Customers may visit Revenue Offices to change their plan. One copy of customer’s recent (from the last 3 months) paid telephone bill will be required for verification.
