Cell phones: nokia n95 software problem

hi i have n95 (not 8gb) when it open it give balck screen and don't do any thing but some times it open and when it open it work good but when i open the camera or a game or a program it give balck screen again i formated the memory and i had reseted the phone (by *#7375# or some thing like that sorry i don't rember now ) and there problem still there i had tried nokia software update and i updated the software but the problem More details [1] - thanks to cnet.com
