HTC Touch Diamond connect problems on Windows Vista

Having used many HTC phones such as the Touch and the Touch Diamond I do not want to live without them. A key part of this being able to synchronise Outlook contacts, Emails, Contacts, files and a few other important life and organising data.

Having bought a new computer with Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit I thought great lets sync, but it did not work. More details [1] - thanks to we-u.com
