Restarting problem

When i start my cell phone then it display "please wait" and it restart automatically and it can not stay on ,how can i repair it myself.

Answer

if your set display the massage "please wait" or it restart automatically, to solve this problem you remove the two capacitor "C311" "C310" not change it but it is remove.ok
