How to solve the problem of the Samsung D500 phone resetting when you press the green call button

  1. Select the 'Menu' option
  1. Browse to the 'Call records' screen and select the 'Select' option
  1. Select option '5 - Delete all'
  1. Highlight the option 'All calls' and select the 'OK / i' button (all the check boxes will then be ticked)
  1. Select the 'Delete' option. The phone will ask you to confirm
  1. Select 'Yes'
