Motorola ROKR E1 Keypad Problem

I need to find out what's broken on my cell phone. I'm not sure if the internal keyboard is broken, or if it is the mother board itself. My phone will power up, by pressing the on/off button on the keypad, but the only number that works is the number "2". If it is the motherboard, can I purchase the motherboard?
