Nokia 6102 volume button disassembly and repair

I am on my 3rd Nokia 6102 now, all for the same reason. The volume up button goes bad. On the 3rd phone, now in my hands for less than 2 weeks, I decided to take it apart and see what happens. It appears that any excessive pressure, like sitting down with it in your pocket, peels the volume up button off the printed circuit board and renders it inop.
